Check your vehicle on collection. My experience was first they put the wrong tyres on, and then called me a couple of weeks later to tell me and request that I take it back in to have changed (another couple of hours lost) AND they also damaged my car by jacking it on the panel, which has created a warping dent on the side panel of my car at the bottom!
They failed to own up to it, and assumed I wouldn't notice, as it is on the passenger side. I actually didn't notice until I got the vehicle home. Very disappointing. I won't be back.
Had my car service last week by the guys at Ace Tyre and Auto, a very knowledge bunch of guys, booked in for a what I thought was a major service and the guy I spoke told me I was in between services, and gave me the 2 options, I have never had this kind of service from any other shop before, I take my hat off to them for telling me this before starting the job :) 5 star recommendation from Ace Tyres and Auto Care, will definitely be back in 6 mths for my next service
