The only reason these guys have so many high ratings is because when you take your car there they give you a form and it says give us a good rating on True Local/Google and you could go in the chance to win an iPad. That's really deceptive and as far as I'm aware no one has been announced as the winner of an iPad - it's a ongoing stratergy to get positive reviews. That's really dishonest.

Secondly, when I took my car there it was zero communication throughout the day. Then the receptionist, not the mechanic, calls me at around 4pm saying all these things are wrong with my cars and she rushes through and gives me an estimate of $2,500 to fix. I sent my car for repair to Adelaide automotive repair centre and was totally disappointed in one the time it took into the job done on my car. The door which I supplied was not repaired and just painted and that was it and when it was painted it was only painted up to the rubbers not done properly and after a month the clear coat was already peeling. I had sent my card to Adelaide automotive repair centre because I knew the guys and thought I could trust that they could do a proper job as I asked it wasn't a small job they made enough money out of it the whole side was painted. I even had to take the taillight out to get masking tape left on it and they're still overspray on the car front bumper was still loose and the check strap on the passenger door was far from tight. A total disappointing effort by Adelaide automotive repair centre I'm now going to fix the job myself even if it doesn't come out quite as good as a professional painter.

I have been to quite a few mechanics in ADL, but AARC has been the best of them all. Very reasonable, professional, friendly and prompt. Been taking my car for service this year and I love the service. The staff will ring in advance, text you reminding you of service due. All these small things that makes any customer feel valued.
