I’m just starting on my journey with Kayla in the management of my hashimotos. I have found the team to be knowledgeable, compassionate and dedicated to helping me achieve positive health results. Highly recommend a visit if you are interested in an alternative view point in health management.

I have problems sleeping for many months now and have been back and forth to see my local GP and Sleep Doctor at Flinders Hospital etc, but no one seemed to have solved my sleep problems. I sometimes go for 3 days without sleep. I have tried different solutions to solve my sleep problem such as meditation, digital detox etc, but nothing worked.

I have been seeing Dr. Kelly Gilbert for several months now and have been so grateful for her care! She is knowledgeable, attentive, and dedicated to addressing my concerns and works with me to decide on a treatment plan that I can successfully complete. I would definitely recommend her and the clinic to anyone looking for a naturopathic approach!

I have been working with the team at AF Health for about a month and a half now and so far it's been amazing. We did lots of testing to get answers and I'm doing an anti inflammatory, adrenal and hormone re balancing protocol now which I'm already seeing results from. I'm excited to continue to work on myself with the team. The products are all amazing quality as well. Would recommend. My partner is going as well to deal with some of his own issues :)
