I moved to a new house back in April and decided to get AGL for our Electricity.
Every time I have contacted them regarding questions on my account either through phone or their online chat they have always been very helpful and resolved my inquiries fast without hassle.
Hopefully this excellent service continues for the whole time I am with them.
Nothing worse than a business with poor customer service. Except for AGL who have terrible and incompetent service.
Over 1,5 years the AGL promiced to me to improve the overpriced bills.At last an officer has made an appointment for the technician, to check my meter dates......but nobody calls me and nobody came to my apt.
