Am so happy with my purchase for my Dad; his whole world has changed because he is able to get around so much better with the scooter. Thank you for our honesty. You had a chance to sell the 'more expensive', but took the time to ask Dad his concerns and get to know him, before making an honest suggestion based on his actual needs. He is a stubborn man, and you had him sized up so well, and he was so impressed too. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for looking after him like you did Nicole, and Phil for your delivery and follow up time spent too, explaining and showing him again. I can't quite believe the service we received, and I am happy to tell everyone and anyone I know just how wonderful you all were there. I will absolutely be back for everything he needs in the future to make his life more comfortable. If I could do more than 5 stars I would. Thank you again.

What a relief to find this place. I had visited another business in my own suburb looking to purchase a shower stool for my Mum and thank goodness they were so pushy and also suggested grab rails which was a good idea however after having the quote done I decided to try another local business as I am new to all of this and thought I should have a second opinion. Wow was I thrilled to find Mobility 2 you, not only was there care and expertise impressive I also had the quote done for the rails to be installed and the quote was 20% less than the other company! I have had the installation completed and I could not be happier. Phil the technician was so patient and professional it instantly gave relief to Mum, Dad and myself as we knew we were not being ripped off. Thank you once again Michelle and Phil, I now know were to go and who to recommend and look forward to seeing you in the New Year for Dads Scooter!!

Just purchased equipment from Jude at Wyong and cant believe that good old fashioned service still exists like this. What a great service, my wheelchair was delivered the next day and I am now able to get out of the house. Thanks again Mobility 2 you.

Don't believe a word of their customer service hype it pure rubbish. If you want your elderly parent to have some support and a minimum amount of empathy I certainly can't recommend them. Very disappointed in the post sales service which is inadequate and worse still reflect a complete lack of empathy when the user is stuck without his scooter. Buyer beware for sure in this case, regret buying there.

Great service really appreciated how professional and empathetic there were with my dad. I would recommend this business to anyone that is looking to purchase a New Mobility Scooter.
