I have heard some pretty bad stories in the past when it comes time to find and use tradesmen, however my experience was nothing short of fantastic. Last year AJ Grant tradesmen came and remodelled my old laundry. They supplied the tradesmen to install a new and efficient water heater as well as the remodelling of the laundry. The work was done very quickly and efficiently and all the tradesmen were very helpful.
This year, AJ Grant staff member Josh helped me no end with understanding the repair process for having a new roof installed. From being on time to every appointment and taking my calls when I had questions no matter how silly I thought they may be. My roof is beautiful and leak free and all the tradesmen who attend very polite and informative throughout the process. I will be getting them back in a few months to quote on my new kitchen and bathroom next. Briony
I couldn't be happier with the job AJ Grant did at our house on our new floor. The service was great and the final product excellent. The customer service by Alex McNulty was also a great highlight. He answered all our questions and was quick to help with any problem,

All started out so very fine, they talk the talk showing interest and care. Then their disgraceful contractors turn up, leaving us with the worst workmanship I have ever seen. We had nearly every contractor come back a number of times to fix bad workmanship.
I cant advise enough to totally avoid A.J Grant as preferred supplier to Cole's Insurance.
AJ Grant is NRMA's prefered contractor, I'm sure they are giving nrma a kick back on all works supplied
I agree with you. I'm having a terrible time with these people. I have had a similar experience to yours. I asked to bring in my own contractor and Coles persistently ignored my request. Lack of supervision, no quality controls and appalling communication. The workmanship and standard of service are shockingly bad.
I have not previously had a house claim experience with over 40 years of insurance. The above claim has been finalised with the NRMA to my satisfaction.
In the process I had dealings with your company through the office. Initially an onsite appointment was arranged through the office with your representative Todd, which I needed to change, then the inspection/assessment was conducted by Todd in early August.
In my dealings with the office secretary and the inspection visit were conduced in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
I was particularly impressed with Todd’s work methodology and sound knowledge of the issue as well and his general presentation to me of the options to have the damage made good.
Thank you to A J Grant for the painless experience and the staff I had dealings with are to be commended.
