Albion Hotel

The security are too strict. My partner and i went there for dinner at 8pm on Friday and were interogated at the door about how many drinks we had previously had. I actually had not even had 1 drink and my patrner just 2 beers after he finished work...in 2 hours. The very rude security told us it is a 'respectable venue' and told us to go the Commercial or Pj's. We were dressed appropriately and had money to spend. A very disappointing experience and if i could give a 0 rating i would. Will never go there again.

12. This was a heaps cool pub with a large beer garden and a nightclub that starts up at around 9:00 pm (though I didn't get around to checking it out when I stepped in here on a Friday afternoon. Mind you the thing that really impressed me was the really chatty bartender that served me (I always like the chatty ones, but then again that probably comes with the job – it's just a shame that not many of them are like that). Anyway she told me that it was going to get really busy that night because it was the end of term and all the teachers tend to descend upon this place for end of term drinks. I really liked the atmosphere of this place – especially the beer garden. This is a place that I would certainly make my way to again if I happened to be in Parramatta.

They have a nice beer garden and the bistro serves nice food – perfect for a Sunday lunch. The prices for drinks are pretty good too but apart from the beer garden the rest of the venue is very average. Not really a fan of their club, so I would only go there during the day.

I came here one Saturday night for a few drinks with some friends.

Not my type of scene but the drinks were cheap and they had a pool table which was a plus.

However, the toilets in the venue were atrocious - Gross.

Disappointed in the recent menu change - now only 1 Vegetarian option. Guess I will be looking for a new venue with more variety.
