Alchemy Bar & Restaurant

One of the very few venues that are open on a Sunday after 5pm in Launceston. Indoor and outdoor seating available, huge range of beers, ciders and wines to choose from. Staff are helpful and offer good recommendations on the wine. The chicken paras are beautifully cooked and generously portioned served with chips and salad. Friendly efficient service, reasonable prices and conveniently open when many other venues are closed.

Was in Launceston for a friend's weddding and on one of the nights when we had free time, we decided to give it a try for dinner. The burger and chips was delicious and good value for money. The bar area was a bit noisy but we sat away from that. Music played in the background with quite a few people dancing, the chef came to check if we enjoyed the meal and convinced us to have a dessert - absolutely awesome.
