Lying technician, rude reception, always trying to make a simple job involve multiple visits, changing parts that not supposed to be changed, charging more labor and call outs and blaming any faults on user or surroundings instead of quickly identifying and addressing issue
Came out to replace front control panel on my Falcon Oven, He replaced it and damage4d my cearstone, scratched my oven beyond repair, scratched the cooktop, damaged the oven door and left me with an oven I cannot use as it won't open its jammed.
Worst service on the face of the planet!
Sad to say but the worst experience with a supplier EVER, Goods with warranty through Harvey Norman, several faild appointments, shocking customer service, and an attitude that beggars belief, calls recorded, but this did not stop the so called customer servive officer(CSO) being uncaring or bothered, the "thats your perogative" "good bye" capped it all.
