Half a star is generous been an absolute nightmare! The short story is have been waiting for 5 months for a refund which has been sent to the wrong address, lost in the system at the revenue office and countless phone calls mostly initiated by myself to follow up is the only reason any of these issues were detected all at extra cost at my expense to fix this issue i must add. Terrible communication, incompetent and a real lack of empathy shown to clients. Could not recommend the Frankston branch stay away!!!
