Have been going to this vet for 10 years. Since renovation have happened I have had nothing but terrible service and extremely pathetic customer service and cafe of my pet. My pet had severe lacerations to her chest, we took her there on a Sunday afternoon. They had several pets ahead of us, but my dogs chest was open and bleeding on the floor in reception. The vet did not come out to see if her injuries were critical or not. If they weren't I would've been more then happy to wait for the other pets to be seen first. The follow yo care has been horrendous and they charge through the roof for what I believe should be follow up treatment which should be covered in the $2000 that I have spent now and this just keeps rising. Even while being in their medial day care she has happened to chew off her bandages whilst having a cone on and being charged to rebandage them and pay for a new cone while she damaged them while being in their care. I had to take my dog to this hospital yesterday as he had a paralysis tick, luckily the staff there were amazing! They saw him straight away with no messing around. They were very calm, compassionate and handled everything well. I would recommend this vet clinic to everyone.
The vets are friendly, caring and professional. The staff on the other hand, completely ruined the experience.
They are rude on the phone, have zero compassion, and are just plain nasty. Sadly, because of the staff, I cannot say I will be returning. Whoever is in charge, please fix this issue. As it's the only thing wrong with your practice.
I was in this vet for the first and last time today. Monday the 7th of April 2014. The service from the vet was fine. It was the staff behind the counter who pretty much accused me and trying to get more anti inflammatory tablets that were prescribed to the dog I had taken in. After driving home, realising that I didn't have them ( the tablets), I drove back straight away, 10 mins max. Staff looked at me shaking head, and said quote ( No, they were in there I saw them being put in) I responded in shock saying well you can search my bag my home my car, I definitely don't have them. I was given the tablets in the end. When staff walk back out to me from the back area staff looked at me shook the bottle and in rude and nasty manner quote( there in their now) I was so offended and shock by staff's manner and customer service. It was an awful experience.
