I use the car park twice every month. I have been using Alpha for almost a year. Very disappointed with the service. Do not have patience to listen to complaints and just turn it back to us. No aim to improve services. Some of the drivers are not polite. I have decided to use air park which is priced similar and good pick up and drop off location at airport.
I put my car in Alpha parking Brisbane near airport for 14 nights and paid in full for undercover section before leaving. I returned two days earlier and shocked to find my car under massive amount of dust that could only be happen near a construction site. When I asked the staff for an explanation they said there is nothing they can do! . I had my car washed before bringing my car to Alpha car park and had to bring it to car wash again straight after taking my car.
In addition, they refused to refund me two extra nights that I had already paid ( I paid for 14 nights but returned after 12 nights with prior notice to them).
All in all, it was worse experience ever. I will never again bring my car there. Disappointing services.
Have been a long term customer and have received good service, that is until this morning. Been waiting for collection from International for 50 mins and when the driver arrived I reminded him of the usual great service, and that today they had missed the mark and that I had been waiting for near one hour. The reply was, "no you haven't been waiting that long and is that the biggest problem in you life". He then said on the bus "what I'd your name MATE". He then told me his first name so I want to report him. I duly did so. While I appreciate situations may occur which lead to delays, the driver was not able to manage feedback, and has let down all his fellow collogues who have worked so had to keep their long term customers. I was offered an apology by the duty manager, although I left unconvinced of the sincerity. Business must be that good that I am being encouraged to go elsewhere.
