I ordered a door from these guys in July 15, I have made numerous phone calls to Alsafe for an installation of one door. When they did finally make it here after contacting the dept of fair trading they brought a door with paint peeling off it that was too big. They damaged my recently painted render work while hammering the door into place with a mallet then took the door away again because it didn't fit. They want me to wait again till they make another one in 5 months. I asked for a refund and repair of the damage caused and they won't return calls again. It's now the 20th January 2016 and all I have to show for 6 months with Alsafe Security is a damaged house and I'm $530 out of pocket. The dept of fair trading is involved but they dont care about complaints to dept of fair trading either it seems. Disgusting company to deal with. Don't go near these guys. Check out SydneyBlinds reviews, they are the parent or affiliate of Alsafe Security. They should be closedread more
Terrible service. Waited almost 10 months for installation of 1 door. Very painful and unprofessional experience. The worst company I have ever dealt with. This group is a re-badge of SydneyBlinds - check out their dodgy reviews online too. Stay far far away and never use this company. Matt
Totally unprofessional and unreliable. Constant cancellations! It's taken almost 5 months and counting for 1 security screen door to be installed. When asked for my deposit back I was advised there is a 75% cancelation fee!! I will NEVER use them or recommend this company again. Very disappointed!
BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stay away from this company under no circumstance would I use them again lost paperwork , office staff need to retire a bunch of staff running or trying to run a office very unprofessional . who owns this company it won't be around for long STAY AWAY !!!!!! not worth the grief ; /
Agree! Stay Away. Worst company ever!
Do not go near this company! I accepted a quote back in September of last year and was promised it would be in before Christmas. After not hearing anything for a few months I phoned to check on things. Still promised my screen doors would be installed before Christmas. The lead up to Christmas I phoned every few days, and was told each time that someone would phone me back.
In late January I phoned and said I wanted my deposit back, only to be told one door was ready for installation (even though no one had called). After another 3 months of not hearing anything and only have one door installed, I sent an email saying I wouldn't be going ahead with the second door. They phoned immediately and I managed to negotiate 50% the balance remaining for both doors. Afetr being promised an 8-10 week lead time, it took over 8 months to get my two doors in, and that was only after refusing to pay.
