I have had months of problems with my GE Profile refrigerator. This included a part removed and not returned by a former well-meaning repairer. Shanan diagnosed the problem in one visit and repaired the refrigerator with the relevant parts in the second visit. Shanan was on time each visit with him phoning beforehand to confirm and ensure his arrival was convenient. He left the kitchen tidy and clean after giving me excellent advice regarding filters. The fridge is, if anything, working better now than it did when new. Excellent tradesman. No problem with his fees and charges - most reasonable.
Had the best experience with Always Prompt - the girls I spoke with taking my booking were friendly and organised, and Steve fixed a range of issues really quickly and really well! I was so impressed that they were able to squeeze us in for a same day booking. We are so appreciative of the repairs and Steve went above and beyond with a few of our other appliances and improved and fixed them! He also gave us advice on best use etc of the appliances to get the most out of them. We will definitely be calling again if we ever need any other white good repairs. Highly recommend.

Beware Over charged - ????
They charged for 1 1/2 hours after working for 45 mins ... and they charge in 15 minute increments. You pay on the spot with no invoice at the time.
They don’t have the parts and the customer service is appalling.
After acknowledging they over charged they thelady would not confirm what she would credit back.

Payment - we take payment on the day, which is standard practice and an invoice is then emailed to you once the job is completed. I have a record of your job showing this was done. Please refer to your junk emails. Alternatively, you can call us to resend this.
Parts - yours was an uncommon part for an Ilve stove and we did everything in our power to source the part for you in a timely manner. Obtaining info from the supplier in Australia encountered delays, however we kept you up to date with phone calls of these delays.
Time charged - you were quoted an hour and 15 minutes for the job, but as it turned out, our very experienced technician was able to complete your job in 45 minutes - they work very efficiciently to save the customer money in the long run. There was an user error on our system and you were accidentally charged the 1.25 hrs on the day. You called us up to advise us of this, however it was at a time account had left for the day, but your refund of 45 minutes was promptly reimbursed the following morning with no delays.
Customer service - the person on the phone and our technician was verbally abused and sworn at when trying to talk through your job and you hung up on us multiple times without us being able to discuss your job amicably.
