Booked in my brand new Amarok Truck for a month and paid to have it inside undercover and specified my concerns as to it being cared for appropriately to avoid any damage. Picked up my truck today and absolutely no exaggeration the rear of the vehicle was absolutely covered in bird droppings and the rest of the vehicle also had many other bird droppings all over it. I raised this with a manager and they agreed to pressure wash it off and they did. Bird droppings destroy paint clear coat this is a fact, all I received was lip service and I did not get what I paid for, plain and simple. If you value your vehicle like I do I cannot stress enough, DO NOT leave your car at Andrews they simply do not care and they do not have the facility to provide the service they say they can.

I left my car st Andrew's Airport parking on 06/10/17 for 7 days and paid for undercover parrking. I also requested that the drivers seat not be moved. When I picked up my car, it was filthy with dust all over it, yet it had been washed the before I left it at Andrew's. Also, I could not get into the drivers seat as it had been so far for forward and there were muddy shoe marks all over the drivers door sill and carpet. I went back into the office and complained to a staff member, who said he would have a supervisor call me. I am still waiting for the phone call. When I returned home I washed the car and discovered some scratch marks on the left hand mud guard that were not there when I left the car at Andrew's.
Robrt and Loris flew into Melbourne after 12 days in Perth. They had to rise at 4.30 am (Perth time) to board QF480 befor 6.00am. Loris required special assistance. After collecting baggage, notifying Andrews of our arrival - the blue bus arrived. The smiling driver/attendant was SO helpful. The assistance didn't end there - she helped us transfer the bags to our waiting car and she was able to recommend additional services eg servicing, car cleaning etc We also commend the friendly welcome we got from the front office staff - especially Kate. We travel to family in W.A. once or twice a year. We have such confidence in the quality care of ANDREWS. Thanks.
