I took 2 hours off work and they arrived 10 mins before the estimated 2 hr window to do nothing. It was left to me to rechedule if I wanted. I went with another more reliable electrician who came out to quote the job first then booked in a time. Had the job done faster and dealt with someone with more professionalism.

COWBOYS!! BEWARE!! They rip you off and keep changing their trading name so you can't find all the bad reviews!! I asked them to put in a new splitter but instead was quoted near to a $1000 for totally unnecessary replacement of antenna, splitter and 4 tv points because no tv reception. According to the guy my former antenna man was a cowboy, ????! I suppose that's why I had NO issues for 4 years from when he installed all the tv points and put a new antenna on the roof, so this remark set off massive alarm bells. All it needed was a new splitter (the old one was over 30 years old) which was bought for $119 from Jaycar and put in WITHIN the HOUR by a teenager.
I clearly gave them my requirements and supplied them my own antena.The guy came and asked for additional money to investigate the problem,which i declined.He did not install the same flylead supplied with the antena and installed own just for additional money.I wish that i would have read their reviews before hiring them.The Andrew's Perth service is an extremely unreliable and untrustworth Electrical service,which is strongly rejected for any job.At the end it was a very " Disdraceful and intolerable" experience and the bussiness would be avoided permanently.
TV Antenna Technician lied and all of them rude and arrogant.
I had TV Antennas Australia (trading as Andrew's Home Services) mount a TV and install an antenna in my rental property for my tenant on Friday 9/2/18. He “checked” the reception and I told him I wanted it installed in the ceiling not on a the actual roof. He tried to talk me out of it because it was easier, I stood my ground and paid him over the phone with my credit card. They had to come back Thursday 15/2/18 because of bad reception.
