Not happy Jan! The quality of the repairs were not good. I rang to advise that I noticed a problem - the person insinuated that I may have damaged the car again and they'd have to look to see if it was hit since they repaired it. When I did go past to have it looked at, they guy tried to blame the original accident as the cause of the flaw. It's not the first time I've taken a car to get repaired by them & had to take it back. Should've learnt from the first time.
Absolutely appalling customer service. The reception staff is the most disrespectful and rude person I've have ever dealt with, ever! I'm normally one to let things slide and just deal with it, but in this instance, me and my family were soo outraged by how reception staff service was, that it has driven me to leave this review. I would avoid this smash repairer at all cost. It takes them over a week just to quote and another 2 weeks just to order. 3 weeks for the parts to arrive, but wait.. there is a delay! Yes, delays can happen and yes you may be busy but saying you called and informed them about orders when you didn't, quotes etc is completely unacceptable and a very unprofessional for any business! Every time we have called, we were blasted with nothing but rudeness and disrespect and eventually interrogated with "Who are you?! Why do we have to speak to you?!". I strongly believe the reception staff is a great part of the reason why our family andread more
