Apex Car Rentals

I hired a car today from Apex and the staff were AMAZING! I presented all kinds of problems due to my unorginsation and they were so incredibly patient and helpful. They were even playing with my 18 month old daughter to help me keep her amused. I am sure they were happy to see the back of me by the time I left but they deserve an award.

We used Apex for our recent holiday and they were fantastic. We have used them also in between cars when our new car was held up being delivered and the price was great. Thank you. Recommend to our clients too to use when needing car hire.

After we had been involved in a mechanic scam with a car we bought, we decided to rent one. We chose 'Apex' because it turned out to be the most economic company for our needs. We had no trouble driving the car from Sydney to Cooktown and back to Brisbane (7700km). The only thing is that Apex allows you only to drive within a certain area. This area goes from Adelaide to Cooktown avoiding the outback and dirt roads. So we couldn't drive all the way to Perth, Broome, Alice Springs (Uluru) or Darwin. If you would decide to drive outside this perimeter it's on your own risk and you'r not insured if something goes wrong. We didn't know this until we picked up our car, because it was not clearly explained on their web side our on the invoice. Besides this, we really enjoyed our trip...

Excellent Service and Fantastic Freebies

The customer service was impeccable, friendly and informative staff never left you wondering about any details. Free booster seats and second driver option was great, making their unbeatable hire prices even better. The car was in excellent condition and nice to drive. Happy to say I won't need to search through hire car companies ever again when I next visit Brisbane as I will definitely be using Apex.
