We were not all that impressed. The staff argued with each other during the day and I overheard the team leader having a go at one employee, with an ensuing long and very loud conversation. The plants in the garden surrounding the two trees we had lopped were mashed, with some plants completely destroyed. I was told that this would have been explained to me when the quote was done. The larger branches were correctly roped and lowered to the ground via the support staff. The cost was on the high side, however, the results could not be faulted even towards the end of what was a long and hot day: for example the street at the very end wasread more
