I would not give this hairdresser 1 star even. Totally killed my hair. Went from very curly hair to dead straight because of all the bleaching they did. Hair completely dry and dead. Didn’t care what she did and would not take responsibility, blamed me instead. I originally went to get advise and the method they told me was the only method they told me about. I later found out that the treatment should have been done over a few months instead of all in one hit. She claimed I asked for this when in actual fact I stupidly trusted her so called many years of experience. Worst experience ever with a hairdresser.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I BELEIVE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN CAIRNS:
I made an appointment for hair foils, eyebrown tint/wax and nail polish with the understanding that I was the first appointment and could arrive earlier, after school drop off. When I entered the Salon the "creative director" / owner was busy talking (no acknowledgement), then commenced cutting the hair of another client (still no acknowledgement), and after waiting for 40 minutes with no single "we are sorry we are running late" I decided that I would leave. I did this because I felt that I was not valued as a customer and that my time was not important etc. I sent the "creative director" an immediate email stating this after walking out of the salon. ?I was one the clients at the time you arrived. I was very happy with the service I was receiving and would not have liked to be interrupted simply because you came earlier. If you felt ignored it's because I felt loved and that's how it should be as I was there first!?
How would you know who this person is and that you are there at the same time? Also youre statment valadates exactly what was originaly said, the gist she got ignored for 40 minutes with no communication. Good work!
