Probably the worst experience I’ve had with a retailer/phone repairer, zero customer service and very rude. I put in a phone for repair, they were abrupt and argued with me and blamed me for breaking the phone, I had to wait over a month for my phone, paid over a hundred dollars but they still didn’t fix it, then after I returned it they told me they couldn’t fix it. never going back.
