Customer service of one blond woman in particular was absolutely horrible. So rude and unhelpful. she yelled at my mother and I because we came into the post office at 4.55pm to say the store is closing at 5pm and just glared at us whilst another employee helped us. She needs to be re trained.
This is the first review I have ever written, positive and negative. I find the customer service to honestly be the worst I have ever come across. Not one staff member would go out of their way to help a customer or to even express a positive comment across the desk. We are all busy in this day and age and I do think a smile and a few nice comments go a long way. I hope the staff read these comments posted and look at their customer service behaviourism.
Not even worth a star to be honest. I've never left a review for any business, but i'm doing this to help any customers who feel they have been wrongly treated by the staff at the Ocean Grove Australia Post also that they are not alone.. I work locally and our business has problems with this Post Office every week or so. They leave harsh letters in our PO box demanding we pick up unclaimed goods, and despite bringing in my little card with parcel details on it on a weekly basis, the staff can't locate these items.. Just the other morning i had two employees talk down to me when i told them someone from their office had called our business (and spoke to myself), asking me to collect and item, yet these staff said it couldn't be true. Of course it was true- i spoke to the staff on the phone! Hence why i arrived at 8.15am in the rain to collect our 'neglected' parcel from the Post Office back door.
