Nearly 6 weeks from Darwin to Brisbane!
Cut out the middle man and book straight with the trucking company, not this broker. In my case, Autocare.
I wish I had read some of the reviews online before booking with this broker. This would have saved so much trouble. The transport company they use out of Darwin has been experiencing delays for a long time and tells Car Transport Express, but they do not communicate this to their customers before, during, or after booking. My vehicle was heavily delayed, and the only way I found out was by calling them repeatedly after it should have already been here.
Even the trucking company who actually transported my vehicle said they are over getting blamed for the lack of communication from this dodgy operator.
I hope you scroll the reviews before booking, unlike me.
Misleading and deceptive - DO NOT use this company.
They never took possession of my car yet charged full costs and refusing to refund the money.
They will provide a quote - then when you go to drop off the car, they will not abide by the quote and will start to try and strong hand you by charging you more fees and/or threaten not to refund you any money.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY -
3 WEEKS STILL WAITING FOR TWO CARS, BRISBANE TO PERTH. GETTING VERY WORRIED. PAID UP-FRONT ON SAME DAY AS WE DROPPED CARS OFF - 9TH AND 13TH JANUARY 2017. HAND-BALLED TO ANOTHER COMPANY CALLED SMB. BOTH COMPANIES BAD COMMUNICATION. OBVIOUSLY VERY SLOW. INVOICE NUMBERS 358407 AND 356565.
