I contacted Australian Hot Water on Monday afternoon 20th March regarding replacing my old gas hot water system. I was very impressed with how helpful Dean was in explaining the different systems available. He recommended a new Dux system and he also organised the time of the installation, very prompt service, Luke contacted me today Tuesday 21st at approx 7:30 advising me that a serviceman would be arriving with 15 minutes, sure enough right on 7:45 the man arrived. We are very impressed with the service and the installation of the new system and many thanks to James for a job well done.
Overall an excellent and professional group.
We contatced Australian Hot Water to put in a new solar system. We had a lot of issue as they original location we wanted to install the tank was not possible. This was not an issue, the were flexible and came up with somne great suggestions to work around the issue. They were prompt, polite, clean and efficient.
After the installation we thought there may have been an issue with temperature. We called Luke who was very understanding and organised two trades who came and checked things out within 24 hours. Excellent follow up service and education was then provided.
I would certainly use this company again and would recommend them to replace a system.

Got them to installed a hot water system for my new house. Initial Installation was good but it went downhill from there.
Straight after the pipes were vibrating and shaking the walls when using the hot water. Called them to come back and take a look thinking it was part of the after sales service - took them 6 days to come back and they charged me $110 to change a washer that took 10 minutes to do! When I tried to discuss the misunderstanding and that I would of done it myself if I knew the cost they were rude and would not listen.
Would not go with them again unfortunately.

Our policy at Australian Hot Water when contracted by a client that may be building a new home is we are only responsible for the warranty on work that we have first quoted and then undertaken. As our warranty states - all other plumbing ,electrical etc and or house hold fixtures that we did not supply would not be our responsibility. Although this instruction would have been discussed with you before any after sales service and agreed apon before any return visit to your home.Vibrating pipes in walls that we would not of supplied or installed and or internal tap ware if being a new home, would be the responsibility of your builder and or his contractors. As for not responding for 6 days if you would like to contact our office so we can investigate the reason if any. James as you would be aware some media can be used in a targeted manner to manipulate one side of a story only.
