Auto Easy Mobile Mechanics

Got my road worthy from Auto Easy, quick and easy process with great customer service to compliment. Especially from their service manager James was very welcoming.

Worst experience ever. Took my trailer for Roadwordy and they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. They come up with the wheel nuts have to be adjusted and they where perfectly fine and they charged me another $55 for that For around 5 minuets of labor. Now the bearings are over tight and they heating up and have to adjust them again!!!! I would never go there again worst costumer service and ripped off at the end.

We took our Car here Feb /17, there was light smoke coming from under the bonnet it smelled like oil burning, The Mechanic, Ian, diagnosed a Rocket Cover Gasket(s) leak where oil was coming out and hitting the side of the Hot engine, So he changed the Gasket(s) we were charged $370.00. i had no problem with the price,
Next Day driving the Car i smell smoke, like oil burning, i lift the bonnet and see exactly the same smoke coming from exactly the same place, So i took the car back to him,and told him what was happening, he said , the oil is coming out fo the Transmission dip stick, "I'll get you a price on a new dip stick" , But you just charged me $370.00 for changing Gaskets that i didn't need changing, and you have Misdiagnosed my fault, if you go to the Dentist with the Toothache you expect him to extract the right tooth. whne i told Ian he misdiagnosed our issue ,basically treated me like a fool , saying it was the first problem , and after the first problem ...read more

Best service, I broke down out the front of their workshop on the way to my work at toombul, the manager Ian looked at my car straight away and got one of the mechanics to drive me to work in the mobile van. He called me through the day and let me know all the costs before doing any work and had it finished that afternoon! Highly recommend them to anyone.
