Very poor customer service, and rude staff. I jumped on their 30% off sale on the 28th July and placed an order over the phone with their manager. The store manager is really pleasant over the phone and I was asked for a deposit which I paid promptly as a way to secure the sale. I had every intention to go to the store to pickup my order that day but couldn't make it due to a family emergency. I never thought too much about it as the invoices were already generated to confirm the sale price. Lo and behold, when I turn up the next morning all excited to pick up my order, the staff told me they couldn't honour the price anymore??! I was basically told on the spot that too bad, we are not going to supply you with the dashcams anymore. The worst thing is no one has ever told me I must pay for the order in full, which I would have done so over the phone! Now I spent 30 minutes to drive there just to get rejected in the face and leave the store empty handed. I am not normallyread more
Great autobarn store, we liked the range of products though would be nice if they could have more staff to ask questions. We have asked comlicated questions about what we would need for my car and they were able to help me with the answers right away. Staff is very helpful. Looks like a noticeable improvement from the two years ago!
Shocking customer service, lazy staff.
Rear seat covers did not fit my car at all and they are unusable.
They said it would cost $40 extra to have them fitted and it was a day the "fitter" wasnt working.
Before this i had front seat covers fitted at the autobarn in bundall, they did it for free and fit perfectly. i would have bought the rear ones there too but they were out of stock.
Avoid this store.
