Great service and great workmanship.
They were able to diagnose the problem with my car quickly and were able to get it fixed at a very reasonable price. The workshop was neat and tidy and all staff looked very professional. Great little family business offering honest service. I am very happy to recommend to anyone
Fantastic! Very happy with the service and work performed by Autocare Ipswich.
My car had broken down and I rang Autocare and they arranged a tow for me straight away. Had my car towed to their workshop and without a booking they got onto it very quickly and were able get me back on the road again. Would definitely recommend to anyone. A+
Very poor service with auto care Ipswich had gone there to get a major service done on my car asked them to check for a coolant leak told me they couldn't find one took it to another mechanic they found the leak which was right there when you pop the bonnet. My lights where showing on my car ( check engine, my emissions light) told me they would plug it into a machine and check what comes up on my computer in my car, they also said they would take it for a test drive..
After all of this they told me they had taken my car for a test drive and no lights came back on but being on my learners I found they had not taken it for a test drive they then told me over the phone when I spoke to a younger guy there they didn't get a chance to take it for aread more
Was told to
Take car there for warranty with starting problems. Car sat for 3 weeks getting new starter motor and radiator costing me excess of $600 after warranty. Got car home next morning would not start. Called them and was told to bring it back there. I told them to call before fixing anything because money is tight coming up to Xmas. 4 days later I stop in to see what was happening and with out calling me for the go ahead it cost me another $130 and was told if that's not any better it maybe the duel pump. Only to get home and next morning not starting again. Just had an independent mechanic look at it and found out it was a fuse like thing that cost me $12 to fix. Bloody angry ??
who ended up fixing the problem? im worried of this happening to me :(
Wish I had of seen this prior to taking my car there I had the same problem but I didn't go back I took it to another mechanic and they found my problem straight away I was charged $320 for nothing!
