Beyond dissapointing! Not only did they mis-measure our wall to wall glass doors, leaving huge gaps for rain & wind to come in, they did not return phones calls or emails for 8 weeks to take any responsibility. It has been 6 months of nightmare, and even though they eventully took full responsiblity and fixed them, the poor customer service and lack of responsives continues over bills, warranties and certifcations. STAY AWAY and use a company that cares about its customers!
Excited with our first new build we decided to do alot of the shopping ourselves, after visiting several different window companies a friend recommended B & W Windows, its been a fantastic experience since walking in the door, the showroom had so much offer and the staff where very helpful. We have only been in our house now for 3 weeks and love our windows we have had 2 solid weeks of rain which from inside you would barely notice it was raining outside. We are so happy with our windows and EFS Door and want to say a big "thank you" to the team for helping us with the decision making and providing us with such a great product, we only wish that our other new building experiences were the same.
