B B's Cafe

Mum my grandson and I have been going to this place for lunch every week for a long time now but have had enough of food not cooked enough and being cold so are giving it a miss in future. Mum's toasted sandwiches weren't being cooked enough but when she asked if they could be cooked a bit more they came out burnt. My toast with breakfast eggs looks like it is just heated enough to make the butter melt. While we like to give the local people our business we have finally reached our limit. The one thing you can always count on though is the service. Staff are always nice and we get our order in good time so it's a shame we will no longer go there.

When service can be so bad sometimes it is important to recognise and appreciate good FRIENDLY customer service, and this is exactly how I feel after I stop for my weekly coffee at BB's in Beenleigh. It is so nice to see the smiling faces of the staff and not to have to wait long for my yummy coffee to be placed in front of me and my friends. Love this cafe and I will keep coming back!!

What great service!! It is obvious this cafe is under new management. The food is fantastic, the coffee is great and the staff are happy and friendly. BB's is a place my 2 young children and I can go and relax and enjoy a yummy muffin (or two). Highly recommended!!!

Was the most awful experience I've ever had eating out! The coffee was Burnt and was made way past the standard 65 degrees. Breakfast was terrible. I asked for soft poached eggs, and they were rock hard and cold. Toast wasn't cooked and also cold. Used to be an amazing cafe early 2011, not anymore. Staff are pushy.

Amidst the hustle and bustle that is Beenleigh, one finds it hard to purchase a good, strong and aromatic cup of coffee that they can sit and enjoy without leaving their town. What would a Beenleigh resident do without BB's? The staff are picture perfect and always friendly, the coffee and cake made on site is hard to compare with. The newly refurbished site and the distinct smell of the store combine together to create a welcoming and homely feel, almost small-town like. To this store, their customers mean more than just money, they are their customers and BB's there to provide. The staff will go out of their way to make your morning, afternoon or whatever time of day feel great. It's the little things a customer wants. There is no way this store will ever get below 5 stars.
