It was a dream come true, returning to Yoga after years of being too sick and although I was mentally ready to attempt a class, it was a huge deal to leave the house let alone do physical activity, how would my body cope, I wondered.
I contacted b.yoga and Heidi recommended Chair Yoga class for my circumstances and she was right. I have almost completed my first term with positive results and it has been a great success.
I was welcomed in to the class, enjoy the variety of the sessions and we have a laugh too, it’s a very supportive and positive environment and I’m already booked in for the rest of the year.
