Recently visited Baby Mode Store with my best friend who is expecting her first baby soon. There is so much to buy when you are having first child and she had no clue where to start, but babymode staff made it so easy for her. The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. They assisted us for nearly 2 hours just to find the right pram that suited her requirement. They have great selection of products with great prices..wish i had known about this place when I had my kids.
Thank you to the very helpful and knowledgeable staff for assiting me with purchasing my car seats. I have a toddler and a twins on the way.
The lady took her time to come out to my car and measure which seats were best for my car. Such lifesavers I woudnt have known where to start!!

David and his team from Sunshine should be commended in their approach to customer service. Every time we have been to Baby Mode (no matter how busy it may seem) there is always someone who will smile and acknowledge us, letting us know they will help us as soon as possible.
Kapila cannot be faulted in her product knowledge and she remembered us personally on each of our visits even though she was not the one to serve us each time. We were able to make a decision in our purchases quickly despite our non stop questions, due to her understanding of products and ordering procedures.
We will always shop at Baby Mode from now on, knowing that we will be looked after. They always attempt to price match even though they are a smaller store and are not as famous as some of the other big names out there.

Horrible Customer Service in the Store. Some Staff are not trained well in their own Policies and kept giving incorrect information on policies and had to correct them referring them to their website. They will not even allow you to speak to the manager onsite.
