Bag And Sole

Fabulous service with a friendly smile. They Couldnt do enough to help me. I was in a rush as I had to catch a flight and they stayed back to finish my work in time for me - Awesome!

I have just had the most wonderful experience with the lovely fellow at Bag & Sole and just had to share it with everyone. I went in with an assortment of old but much loved shoes that I thought would all be heading for the bin, to find he could mend, glue and stitch everyone of them. He could not have been more patient with me (I do tend to babble!) Thanks so much Bag & Sole and I'll be spreading the word as good customer service is so hard to come by these day. I can't wait to see my 'babies' all repaired :o)

I have never written a review before but felt I had to after the appalling way I was just treated at Bag and Sole. I had my heels repaired and after wearing them 100m one of them broke. I took them back and explained the situation to the guy working there (really hope he isn't the owner!). He instantly got defensive and started saying it 'wasn't his fault'. Despite thinking it shows poor workmanship that the shoe only lasted 100m I would have been fully prepared to pay for the repair again, at no point did I ask for it to be done for free. After fixing the shoe, he shoved it back at me and told me to 'never bother coming back again'. I am still in disbelief that someone would treat a customer that way! Don't bother with the poor workmanship and terrible customer service at Bag and Sole - take your business somewhere else!

I WAS a regular customer but I just took back a badly cut key (1 of 3 that needed recutting) but as I didn't have the 2 remaining keys they refused to replace these free of charge. Given the inconvenience to me, that would be the least they could do. Appalling service to any customer (let alone a regular) and disappointing that staff in a small business don't show the same attitude as the management (presumably) would. If they are the management on the desk then worse still.

Being a Salsa dancer/Coach I often need to re-suede my shoes or have them repaired. Bag and Sole is the only business that I trust with my shoes. No fuss, impressive turn around time and quality workmanship guarantees me returning every time. Thanks guys! See you when I wear out another pair of shoes!
