After a class at Balance Yoga I come away feeling calmer, more grounded and centred and at the same time more energised with a greater sense of freedom and relief. I find the classes great for stress relief and removing tension. I come away with a clearer head and feel even more focused. On a physical level I have increased my core strength. I find the instructors to all be be well-versed in the principles, philosophy and practice of yoga.
I have been to a few different schools or yoga centres and like the fact that this is actually in its own space not a community hall or gym. The centre is very lovely and clean and the staff are all very friendly and accommodating for beginners like me! I have been to a few different classes with different instructors and they all have different approaches which I personally found excellent as I don't always want to be doing the same exercise over and over. I want to be challenged some days, and just able to destress and relax on others.
