Can't really recommend I'm afraid. Time always shows up the short cuts.
When the ECV was recently replaced discovered the one installed was the wrong rating for the system which explained a lot of extra water loss.
After paying $5,000 for a system its not a big ask for weatherproof fittings and fixings to be installed, might add an extra couple of $, but its common sense for anything installed outside. All the screws and supports that should have been gal or stainless where rusted out in a very short time. This also damages everything they touch. I would drop the Speacilists from the business name.

Outstanding service - whereas other less knowledgeable plumbers thought we needed a new hot water service, one of the BHWS guys came out, explained how our unusual unit worked (we had just moved in) and helped reset it, even though there was no money in it for them (ie we did not need a new unit). So grateful for their honesty and ethics.
