Bannockburn Post Office

I've always had beautiful service here, exactly what I'd hoped a friendly country PO would be like when I moved here.

Worst post office I've ever been to. They are so rude, make you wait for ages, sometimes can't even find the parcel and then demand that you come back another day when they can find it!

Having to go in there to pick up my parcels!!!

That's right bannockburn doesn't have a parcel delivery service, so even though you pay full postage costs you still have to wait an extra day for the post office to deliver the notice that they have your parcel, so you can pick it up.... During work hours, and if it's any bigger than a post pack they write demanding "pick up today" notes to you!!!

Seriously, if they were even the tiniest bit friendly none of this would bother me.

Shame Australia post doesnt give a hoot how these people are representing their business! Because everyone I talk to agrees with me, we hate it and avoid it!
