Staff in phone extremely rude and unhelpful. Did not want to provide us with job estimate cost. Very slow service, waited weeks. When delivery of fridge only 1 person delivered and lack of helpers our fridge was damaged being removed from truck. Came out several times because they "forgot" things to bring. They mentioned service days either morning or afternoon.... They couldn't provide exact time. Each time we had to take time off work, and sometimes they didn't even show up or showed up when we were about to leave home at 6:45pm (after hours). Will NEVER recommend Barclays appliance centre Ballarat to anyone. Do not use this company, avoid at all costs. We only used them because they are samsungs only service provider in ballarat.
