This Butchery makes the best "thick pork sausages" in the State. I have been a customer since 1976, even though I have had to travel from the Maitland area, Lake Macquarie and the South West Slopes of NSW to purchase them Or have asked amused friends to collect and deliver them to me. I just wish I could purchase them locally rather than having to buy them in 5 to 10kg lots at a time. A1 recommendation.
