We purchased a vanity from Jason at the Midland store on 13 July 2016, for $1159 (plus a further $65 delivery fee) which 2 weeks during renovations we found it wouldn't fit the area so we asked for a refund, We were advised that there would be a 20% charge for not taking the product as it came from the Eastern States which was going to be about $210 dollars. Jason advised us to leave the money with him for about 6 weeks as an in store credit and that after that time he would be able to refund the whole amount to us. After not hearing from him for a couple of weeks we decided to just accept the 20% fee and I visited the store and asked him to process the refund. We did not hear back from him and about 3 weeks later my husband then rang him to discuss the matter. Problem with goods purchased from Midland store. No service provided by manufacturer despite being assured by Midland staff that everything would be OK. Then problem with management at Osborne Park store. Absolutely NO customer service! Didn't introduce themselves, wasn't prepared to say what their position in company is. The longer the conversation went on, the higher their voice rose & the more agitated they became. Their solution to problem was certainly no solution to customer, they did not care that their solution left with no product at all. Not sure how they stay in business. I should have gone to Consumer Affairs. BEWARE!
