First of all i never give 5 stars for me personally 4 is the highest i will ever go and these guys deserve that.I went in there a while back and less than 10 seconds of me being in the store i was immedietly greeted by a friendly salesperson who was polite and more than happy to help me with my needs and to take the time to understand what i wanted.Unfortunatly i didnt get the part i required but however i left there feeling very happy with great customer service,Its a pity more businesses dont adopt the same approach they just let you walk around in circles for endless amounts of time and dont have the ability to say hello.Great customer service battery world browns plains youve earned my respect and it hasnt been forgotten
This shop has all the batteries I need for work and home at great prices. I go through 1 or 2 batteries a year in the UPS unit for my computer system and network. They have the batteries I require and last time have the same size battery with a high power rating. They have given fast and professional service each time
