Very poor service! Came out and quoted and despite several calls, never got back to us - very disapponted - I would stay well clear of this mob!

Normally we provide quotes on site unless the customer is either not home or is unsure of what they actually want. I will look into our processes to see if something has fallen over here.

Excellent, prompt and courteous service. My old tilt-door was damaged and unserviceable, and needed replacement. My request for a quote for a new rollerdoor was answered promptly, and I received a competitive quote the following day. Being told timeline for delivery and installation was usually 2-3weeks, I explained that the old door was in dangerous condition, therefore urgent. The manager promised to try and hasten the process. My door was delivered and installed a week and a half later.
I'm very happy to recommend this company
Think carefully before you use this company! I telephoned to have our garage doors replaced and they initially came out quite promptly and gave us a quote. It all went downhill from then on. They were meant to contact us after the Christmas break but we never heard a word from them again. I phoned numerous times and they had either misplaced the invoice or couldn't remember who I was and I had to start the whole story again. They were meant to get back to me the same day and set up a time to meet with us to discuss the requirements and I am still waiting! In the meantime we have had another quote from another company, had the new garage doors made and installed and are very happy that we chose another company. In the meantime I am still waiting for a return phone call!! I would suggest you look elsewhere
Obviously being that this has no personal data I cant be 100% sure who we are speaking too, but i believe this relates to a quote provided by us back in September 2014 and for which we have attended site on more than one occasion.
