Called this morning to talk to them regarding a $3000.00 synth. Was told to leave my name and phone number, as they were busy at the moment, but would call me back shortly. I have been waiting for hours, but no call. I have now bought my synth somewhere else, and they just lost a $3000.00 sale due to not thinking customers are important enough to call back when they promise to do so within a short time.
I purchased a Roland FR3x Accordion from this store, being initially attended to by Mitch who put me on to Nick Bava the resident "expert". Nick went out of his way to ensure that all the product's features were clearly explained and was able to enthusiastically demonstrate them. He added "extras" and suggested solutions including the offer of a useful carry case on wheels. In the end the price negotiated without any fuss was very fair as I had done quite a bit of prior research. It proved one of my best customer experiences in any field. I'd never been in the store before and I'm NOT a relative. May tis business continue to thrive in the way it should.......and will.
