Hey Guy's i Had a new system built by BCC Computers around July of 2010
after having the computer home for about 2 weeks the system crashed.
I took it back and they had it for repair ( UNDER WARRANTY ) for at least 3 weeks
then i got it back.
i had it back after BCC fixed it the first time for about a week then it crashed again with
graphics card issues, they said it was software related
now i have been around computers for many years, long enough to know when the problem is software or hardware
in short i now have lost count how many times i have taken my computer back under warranty witch is 3 YEAR extended back to base on all parts and services
my rating on them is absolutely shocking minus 100 stars
Well I think these guys are FANTASTIC!! The trick is to go and see Chris as he is an absolute CHAMP... very easy to deal with and eliminated the desire to haggle on price. I got an eMachine laptop, with Norton 360 (3pcs) and laptop bag for $350.00... Definitely had the right advice and when I initially was looking at laptops he didn't try to upsell me but importantly offered me a laptop that would actually suit my needs.. I would have no hesitation in recommending BCC to my mates.
I purchased a product from these guys that didn't work. It was still under warranty when I returned to their shop. They downloaded info. from the internet into my computer and told me the issue was fixed, then proceeded to charge me $55.00 for the repair. I told them it was under warranty but they wouldn't give me my computer back until I paid. This happened when they were still in Belmont. I spoke to the owner and she continued to look away and not talk to me. I never went back. They charge alot and tell you that there sale ends the same day when in fact it doesn't. I found them dishonest. I'm pleased to say I have been successful in deterring many people from purchasing from them.
