Be Epic Fitness is a delight! Owner of Be Epic Fitness, Karena has such a unique and positive outlook on life which I knew immediately upon meeting her. She was able to push me further than what I thought go, I could without setting me up to fail. She doesn't need to yell, her positivity and encouragement push me through my workouts. Her online website lets me book the times that I want and also posts all of her rates which I usually don't see in personal trainers.
