Unbelievable - and sad - but true. I can't give 0 otherwise I would have done it.
I called and a young receptionist has hung up on me. I called again and she did it for the second time. This happened at 1:15pm on Dec 12, 2016.
Unprofessional, rude, also stupid because she doesn't know that my call may have been important.
I would never bring my Pet there, no way!! I expect a different attitude from people that deal with Pets and I must say this young girl has destroyed any possibility of trust in less than a minute.
Owners should be very careful when they employ their staff.
Lovely staff and great first impression. I recently took my new kitten there to get wormed and the nurse spent almost half an hour going through everything I needed to know about caring for him, they showed me how to worm him and didn't even charge me for their time. They actually seemed like they cared about us and my kitten rather than how much money we were spending (unlike our previous vets) we will definitely be back!
Just phoned to enquire about prices for a health check up for our new pup, the staff was rather rude when I mentioned I was asking about the price when I thanked this person staff simply just hung the phone up in my ear. Rather expensive for the rudeness on offer.
The reception staff were very friendly and more than happy to answer the many questions I had. We used to go to another vet who were also very nice however Beaconsfield vet were more reasonably priced. They called me the day after to check on my cat and offered a free check up a week after his teeth cleaning. If you are looking or a vet I would highly recommend giving them a go.
