I got a scoopon birthday voucher which expired a month after purchase, multiple times i tried to call and book appointments but had lack of respsonse. once i did get a hold of the company the lady on the phone was very rude and basically telling me i was lieing as they are full and how could they be full if they didnt answer their phones.
when I got to the clinac for 9 for a 2.5 hour package, for the first 20 minutes she was explaining very poorly a treatment to me and trying to upsell more productes, i repeatedly said i was just wanting the package. My pedicure took 5 minutes if that and hurt alot, the micro took about 5, the beds were tiny and i was very uncomfortable most of the time. my massage took about 45 minutes and then i was sent to have a tea and some food for the last half an hour. my massge was ok but not the best ive ever had.
The lady at the reception desk and trying to upsell me was very rude and unpleasent. I will not be returning.
I received a scoopon gift voucher for my birthday from my partner and daughter which was a lovely gift, I thought. I'm sitting here contemplating if I should fudge the truth to them so as not to make them feel badly about my experience at this salon. I never right complaints but this place needs to be schooled on how to pamper people.
From the moment I walked in they were trying to up-sell, which doesn't make anyone comfortable and my lesson in micro took about 15-20 minutes of my 2.5 hour package. Very disappointed. Service was rushed and I was done 20 minutes earlier than expected. I got the voucher for micro, and not even a minute was spent on the cleansing, really poor job. Kan Kan was more concerned about upselling than doing a proper cleanse, and kept trying to upsell throughout the treatment. I did not feel relaxed. The massage at the end was the best part but unfortunately that did not last long. I should have been given a longer cleanse or massage to compensate for the 20 minutes.
am a regular client of BeauBelle and have been going there for over 7 years now. I have tried a variety of services over the years, including waxing, a few facial packages (AHA and microdermabrasions) and several other packages (combinations of massage, body scrub, body wrap, manicure & pedicure, facial etc). I have always been impressed by the service given at BeauBelle and feel Ken Ken and her staff are friendly, thorough and professional.
I have referred a number of family and friends to Beau Belle, and those who have gone (my sister, mum and aunty) all share the same view. In my opinion, if you treat Ken Ken with respect and kindness she will do the same. She is a lovely lady and I'm quite shocked to read some of the below reviews. She oftenread more
