Why should THE CUSTOMER have to make multiple attempts? Don't have a phone if you can't return a phonecall. Or make it clear your preferred method of contact is email.

Can't believe what I am reading below especially people with coupons who are whingeing because they had to wait 2 months. That's good, I wait longer for most of mine and never complain because of the great deal I know I am getting.

Nothing but positives to say about Beauty Image. I visit Perth often (from the country). I love getting pampered. I find the salon extremely friendly and the treatments wonderful.
