Most relaxing pedicure yet. Most places we’ve been have the massage chairs going so it feels like someone’s punching you. They are rough with your feet- not great if you’ve had multiple fractures over the years. Not here- comfortable, welcoming, inclusive: chatting with you not to each other in Thai/ Cantonese etc. wonderful service. We’ll be back!

I bought my cousin a pedicure voucher at Watergardens as she’d never had one & what a disappointment! my cousin showed me her feet & there was dry skin on the feet & heels, it looked like nothing had been done but nails painted. Clearly they’d already received the money so didn’t care! I was annoyed so went back with my cousin to show them & their excuse was “oh some people’s skin is dryer & we need to use the razor”....so why didn’t you!? I’ve never walked out of a pedicure with dry skin nor have they ever asked me what they’re going to use to get dry skin off....you’re the one doing the pedicures so do them properly! Clearly the one working on my cousins feet couldn’t be bothered because my cousin observed the lady next to her getting her pedicure & she was getting her feet pumiced like no tomorrow! Visited this lovely place just yesterday and made an appointment for a long massage just an hour before with no issues! Felt very welcomed by the ladies working who offered a generous price for an extra half hour massage. The massage from Ivy was fantastic, she knows what she is doing and felt very relaxed! The room was pleasant and the massage was very professional. After the massage, the ladies went out of their way to ensure my satisfaction and were very nice. Customer service was absolutely exceptional! I intend on returning to this place and would recommend to others!

I routinely attend this salon for various services because it is easy to get last minute bookings. Service depends greatly on who you are served by. They are great. My only real gripe is that the eftpos machine routinely 'breaks down'. I am not sure if they do this on purpose or not as it happens quite frequently so if you plan on paying via credit card, be prepared to fork out an extra 20 percent for a cash advance unless you have the cash on you. My second concern is the hygiene around makeup, communal lipsticks are used so be prepared to bring your own if that is a concern. On the positive side, it's easy to get into and they do offer some good services like dipping gel instead of acrylics which is great if you want a healthier option for your nails.

Was looking for a place to do eyelash tint, brow wax/ tint & I was charged $60

I live on the Gold Coast & even I found this very expensive. My lady up here is around $40 for all 3. You could tell staff didn't want to be there & the actual job that the staff did on me was pretty bad. Not professional at all, not the correct equipment & was very rough. My colouring normally lasts at least a strong 3-4 weeks but this tinting job started fading badly after 1 week. Not impressed at all.
