I purchased a voucher for a haircut and foils. I was in tears when I got home as the haircut was so bad my friend tried to straighten it. I sent photos to the owner and she said she would fix up the cut. I then explained to her that I was going on a overseas holiday the next day and wouldn't be back till the end of the month. She said that was fine and just to come in when I got home. When I returned to Australia I rang the shop to make an appointment and she said "No its too late the voucher has run out. It was the worst haircut I have ever had and I had to go on my trip of a lifetime with a haircut that looked like it had been cut with garden shears from a 2 year old. The shop was way over booked and I even left with wet hair as I knew she was very busy and I felt sorry for her. Never again. All I heard was that she had had 10 years experience and wanted to work for herself. I think she needed another 10 years of experience.
