I believe anyone can dance and gain the benefits of this artform! Jazz Ballet teaches core strength, poise, flexability, endurance, memory and body awareness. Hiphop is a wonderful way to exercise the body and at the same time exercise the brain and memory!
For children, I focus on body awareness,flexability and experiencing the fun of dance! Beginning their musicality awareness.
For teens/adults, I focus on core strength, flexability, improving the memory and fitness.
And lastly for each student to walk out feeling that they have had a wonderful dance!
