Price is reasonable but certainly not the cheapest which they claim to be. Do your research first as they pass the postage fee to customer if buying online. What turns me off is the level of customer service. Knowing that I buy in bulk, they call me being so nice and promising. Once they got the order and nice profit, they will just throw u in the drain. Most confrontational customer service ever after that! Things can be easily avoided by giving out nice gesture of conversation and perhaps minimal credit e.g $10 instead of being treated like a moron who does not know what a business is. I guess I am a moron who falls into ur business strategy. Will not be dealing with this company ever again! Ur loss and someone else profit as I am buying in bulk again soon.
this customer ordered from our website on the 7th June, and then he asked for a refund on the 22nd June because he said our price on the website was dropped (as our PRICE is Very COMPETITIVE),
and he told us that it is unfair, how ridiculuous it is! We asked him if the price was increased, would he pay the difference? and he said yes. this is really unreasonable buyer!
If he didn't say a refund and just tell us that he wants better prices when he order in bulk next time, just let us know nicely, and no need to complain such this things

I did ask nicely when I am making the enquiry to see what can be done. You mention that there is nothing you can do. I did ask for a refund and buy another batch to see how you would react (my test of your level customer service) Your bottom level customer service shoots me down with no refund and keep ranting on what a business is where it can be easily avoided by giving me a better deal next time. Final straw I mention that you would lose me as a customer, you arrogantly said: that’s fine. Tell me honestly is that a good customer service? I am a reasonable customer if treated right and I have the right to post good/bad feedback. Perhaps this is wake up call to you to improve your level of customer service. The follow up call second customer service who is a lady has much better customer service that the first one.
